Accounts

Credits, Subscriptions, and Usage

Credits are consumed when a generation request is submitted or processed. Failed, canceled, or incomplete generations may be reviewed for credit adjustment at our discretion. Credits are not transferable between accounts and may expire according to the plan or package terms shown at purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Subscription fees are charged in advance through our payment processor. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

User Content

"User Content" includes prompts, images, videos, files, reference materials, metadata, and other materials you submit to Omni Video.

You represent and warrant that:

You own your User Content or have the rights needed to use it
Your User Content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
Your User Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms

By submitting User Content, you grant Omni Video a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, upload, transmit, process, display, and use the content as necessary to provide the requested service, including generating videos, showing your history, and supporting downloads.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

Generated Videos

Subject to these Terms and your payment plan, you may use the videos generated through Omni Video for personal or commercial purposes. Paid plans may include watermark-free downloads and commercial usage rights as described on the pricing page.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, sharing, or using it commercially. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing works. You must ensure your use of generated videos complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

We may store generated videos and generation metadata so you can view, manage, and download your creations from your account.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Omni Video to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

Violates laws or regulations
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
Exploits, harms, sexualizes, or endangers minors
Promotes hate, harassment, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity
Includes sexually explicit, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, or malicious content
Impersonates others or misrepresents identity, affiliation, or origin
Is used for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or other abusive activity
Attempts to bypass safety systems, credit limits, billing systems, rate limits, or access controls
Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with our systems

We may refuse, remove, suspend, or restrict content, accounts, generations, or payments that we believe violate these Terms or create risk for Omni Video, our users, our providers, or the public.

Intellectual Property

Omni Video, including our website, interface, branding, software, workflows, documentation, and platform content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Omni Video except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

Third-Party Services

Omni Video may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, authentication, storage, hosting, analytics, content delivery, AI generation, file uploads, and related infrastructure.

Your use of Omni Video may involve these third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, but we work to use providers that support the operation, security, and reliability of the platform.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for subscriptions, renewals, credit packages, taxes, and other applicable fees. Prices may change with notice where required by law.

If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is resolved.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund.

Disclaimers

The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
Generated videos will meet your expectations
Output will be unique, accurate, lawful for every use case, or free from third-party claims
Uploaded files or generated videos will remain available indefinitely

AI generation may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or undesirable results. You are responsible for reviewing and using output appropriately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni Video and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, content, reputation, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Omni Video in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omni Video from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your User Content or generated videos
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party right
Your commercial use, publication, distribution, or monetization of generated videos

Your continued use of Omni Video after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
