Introduction
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on Omni Video at aiomnivideo.art. We want billing to be clear and fair while also accounting for the real cost of AI video generation.

Subscription Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed based on the type of purchase, time since purchase, and service usage.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase or renewal; and
- You have not used a substantial portion of the included credits; and
- You have not generated, downloaded, published, monetized, or commercially used a substantial amount of content from the subscription period.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal; and
- You have not used a substantial portion of the included credits; and
- You have not generated, downloaded, published, monetized, or commercially used a substantial amount of content from the subscription period.
Credit Packages
If standalone credit packages are offered, they may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 7 days of purchase; and
- The credits have not been used or substantially consumed; and
- The purchase has not been associated with generated, downloaded, published, or commercially used content.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available when:
- The refund window has expired
- A substantial portion of credits has been used
- Generated videos have been downloaded, published, monetized, sold, licensed, or used commercially
- The purchase was part of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy violations
- The account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- The request is for unused time in a billing period after cancellation
- The issue is caused by user error, unsupported files, inaccurate prompts, or dissatisfaction with subjective AI output after substantial use
AI video generation may produce results that vary based on prompts, references, settings, and model behavior. Dissatisfaction with a single output does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we may review failed or abnormal generations for credit adjustment.
Cancellations
Canceling your subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period unless you request and receive a refund. If a refund is approved, access to paid features may end immediately.
Refund Impact
If a refund is approved:
- The refunded subscription or credit purchase may be reversed
- Related credits may be removed from your account
- Access to paid features may be disabled
- Generated content from the refunded period may be removed or become unavailable
- Commercial usage rights for content generated during the refunded period may be revoked
You must stop using any refunded-period generated content for commercial or public purposes if the refund approval requires it.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- Order number, invoice ID, or transaction ID
- Purchase date
- Subscription or credit package name
- Brief explanation of the issue
- Confirmation of whether credits were used or videos were generated/downloaded
We usually review refund requests within 3 business days, but complex cases may take longer.
Payment Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Typical processing time is 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method and provider.
Failed Generations and Credit Adjustments
If a generation fails due to a platform or provider issue, we may review the event and, at our discretion, restore credits or provide another reasonable adjustment.
Credit adjustments are separate from payment refunds and do not guarantee a cash refund.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We are usually able to investigate billing issues faster through direct support.
If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in permanent account restrictions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy as our product, pricing, payment providers, or legal requirements change. The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase unless required otherwise by law.
